What services do you offer?

I offer 1:1 training sessions, partner sessions, and small group sessions at our training location. I also offer personalized written training plans that you can do on your own either at the gym with equipment or at home with a few dumbells. Head to the ‘Plans and Pricing’ page to learn more about booking sessions and inquiring about written plans.
How do group sessions work?

Group sessions can include up to 4 participants, and you are responsible for forming your group. The rate you book covers the entire group (it is not prorated based on the number of participants). At this time, we accept only one form of payment per group session and are unable to split payments into separate transactions.

I specialize in training women with intention, education, and empowerment, blending strength, endurance, mobility, and mindset into every program. You’re not getting a generic plan — you’re getting personalized coaching, accountability, and a coach who is genuinely invested in your long-term success.
My goal isn’t just to help you get stronger — it’s to help you feel confident, capable, and proud of what your body can do.
